Medley is not a medical tool. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medications.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Medley, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Medley.

2. Not medical advice

Medley is an informational tool only. All output — including medication summaries, combined effect signals, flags, symptom connections, and provider summaries — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Medley does not:

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use Medley in an emergency. For medication emergencies, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. Medley is not designed for or capable of handling emergency situations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medley and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information provided by it. You use Medley entirely at your own risk.

Medley uses AI-generated analysis which may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any output. Drug information and clinical guidelines change over time and may not always be reflected accurately.

7. Accounts and profiles

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may create profiles to manage medication information for yourself and individuals in your care (such as family members), provided you have appropriate authority to do so. You must not create profiles for individuals without their knowledge or consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Medley at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of Medley after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
