Medley is designed to help you understand the combined effects of your medications and supplements. We take your privacy seriously, especially given the sensitive nature of health information.
For session-only (free) users, we collect nothing. Your medications and symptoms are processed in memory only and are never stored on our servers.
For profile users (paid), we store:
We do not collect diagnoses, medical records, insurance information, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter.
When you click "Analyze my stack," your medication list and selected symptoms are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic does not retain this data beyond processing your request. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Profile data is stored securely using Supabase, a US-based database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Medley is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the app before they take effect.
